It has been a while since I have had a proper post..

Thinking about the past year, I realized many things

These two years I have learnt so much, experienced so much..

Most importantly I have learnt how to appreciate those who are near to me- my family, my friends, my dog...=)

So many things I have taken for granted.

I stumbled across the blogs of some of my former classmates.. Reading them, looking at pictures, I see what I have been missing out on. I definitely don't think I would really like taking SPM, but maybe, just maybe I would, just to graduate with those I have known all my life, just to go to prom with those whom I have loved all my life.

You cant turn back the clock, can you? But you certainly reminisce about the times you had together.

school is going great.. i started my college apps.. still havent heard back.. my grades are being kept up

work is good.. im a server now.. i need a raise.. =) i get tips.. sometimes

So.. update on my life..

I guess the update on my Europe trip will have to wait.

I have to get settled into my new host family.

So for those who don't know, I moved in with the Harveys for the second and last year of high school.

Of course the Rosentreters and I did NOT have a falling out. Whoever thought that is dumb.

They suggested that it is better for me to have another host family so that when fall break of holiday breaks come along, and the dorms in close, I have a back up family to stay with.

Anyhow, as of now, I'm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with Alison and Peyton and her family. Let me just give you a brief profile of the family.

The girl who is in high school with me is Morgan. She is a year younger than me in school and in age. She's kinda quiet and shy and it takes a while to get her going but when she does get going, all's good.

Peyton, age 7, is one of the hyper-est, loudest seven-year-old you will ever meet. She's so outgoing that sometimes it's scary. COmplete opposite of Morgan.

Alison and Kevin. I dont know how old they are. =) they re pretty cool people. Protective of their kids.

Jackson the dog. i dont know how old he is either. A dog who loves to cuddle and get in your face and on your lap. He's a big dog. Labrador and golden retriever mix. He's really attached since he was an abandoned dog.


so thats the family..

I have my own room at the Harveys. They have wi-fi which i can't seem to access for some reason..so i leech off the neighbour's. Im sure he won't mind since he s a computer technician. so if he really doesnt want people to leech his internet, he KNOWS how to set up security-enabled-networks.

Im flying to Chicago, IL to see my sister tomorrow! I can't wait! Havent seen her since Xmas..
